DJ Profile Biography

First started playing Vinyl at 18 when invited to be a warm up DJ for Bob Cosby at a weekly Soul/Jazz night namely the Black Horse in Leighton Buzzard a weekly event which ran for 8 years.

Many liked the Soul Anthem scene, just not for me, I grew out of it by the time I was 25!

My DJing path took me onwards to working on the commercial scene, corporate events, at all the Big Wig London Hotels, for some 16 years in total. But I never forgot my real passion for Soul and Jazz, I re-joined the Soul Scene playing my passion, Vinyl from the 70`s Crosssover Soul, Jazz, mid tempo Northern.

Currently I DJ at Soul Essence Weekender in Great Yarmouth, a weekender for the real soul purist!! And the last two year at the Cotswold Park Weekender.

Invited to DJ at Campsoul 2016 and delighted to be on the full DJ line-up at Campsoul 2017!

Over the past 2 years I have beem promoting my own events such as Tilsworth Soul Alldayers, also Soul and Jazz nights locally in Leighton Buzzard with Bob Cosby and special Guests.

I have guest DJ’d on Stomp Radio and Soul Power Radio several times and have my own radio show every Saturday morning at 10.00am on www.365SOUL.com

I am as happy as a paying punter as I am DJing.
